Hayley has been a coach for more than 20 years, coaching more than 300 people in that time. Many of her coaching clients come to her via word-of-mouth, or are repeat clients, particularly if moving into a new role.
Hayley started off as an executive coach on the BBC’s leadership programme at Ashridge, then, when she moved into local government, she set up an in-house executive coaching service, training a cohort of 25 internal coaches.
As well as being a professional coach, Hayley has used coaching when in line management roles. Hayley uses Solution Focus and strengths-based approaches in her coaching. She is a Chartered Coaching Psychologist, using evidence-based approaches with clients, and is a Fellow of the Association for Coaching.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE COACHING
Typical roles: Director level, C-suite level roles, Managing Directors, Trustees
Areas of focus: Executive presence, communication and influence, stakeholder/ relationship management, strategic thinking, team development, life/work harmony.
Delivery: Typically a minimum of six sessions, one per month over six months. Some clients like to opt for a longer. Sessions can be virtual or face-to-face, with the latter being a higher fee to account for the loss of work due to travel time.

MANAGEMENT COACHING
Typical roles: First-time managers, head of service, people managers, operational managers. The emphasis, particularly, for first-time managers and some people managers, tends to be on developing skills and self-awareness.
Areas of focus: Team performance, communication (including feedback), planning and organising, impostor feelings, stress management, career planning.
Delivery: Sessions can be virtual or face-to-face, with the latter being a higher fee to account for the loss of work due to travel time.

Typical roles: One-person business owners in their first two years of trading, managers in organisations who have no budget for coaching, psychologists wanting to develop their independent practice and service offer.
Areas of focus: Marketing, social media strategy, business planning, career planning.
Delivery: Sessions can be virtual or face-to-face, with the latter being a higher fee to account for the loss of work due to travel time. Because individuals are paying out of their own funds, sessions are charged on a pay-as-you-go basis. Many private clients opt for quarterly sessions.
