Sketchnotes are a fantastic way to capture the key points in books, conferences, lectures and more. Â Anyone can create a sketchnote as it doesn’t require a high level of artistic talent.
I’ve drawn more than 200 sketchnotes over the years, which I regularly share on LinkedIn and Instagram. A few have even gone viral, such as the one on managing energy (see below). One of my sketchnotes was even used in Adam Grant’s bestselling book, Think Again.

The sketchnotes I’ve created are inspired by psychological research studies and books, such as the one on servant leadership (see below).
They are aimed at people managers and HR practitioners who are short on time, who want an introductory taster and ideas to improve their workplaces. My aim is to share the main essence of a book, theory or idea through sketchnotes so that leaders, managers and change practitioners can benefit from the learning.

Every month I share downloadable hi-resolution JPEG files of my latest sketchnotes with my newsletter subscribers. I also share lots of other resources, too, just for my subscribers.
