HALO Psychology provides a range of workshops and programmes to help public sector managers, leaders and HR/OD practitioners thrive. We will always carry out a training needs analysis before delivery, so we can ensure the tone and content is right for the audience.
Sessions can be delivered in-house or at a venue external to your organisation. The number of participants depends on the intervention.

How to succeed at leading change: This one-day workshop is aimed at managers and HR/OD professionals. Participants will come away with a deeper understanding of the psychology of change, mapping out where people will be at various points and taking away practical tools and techniques guaranteed to make a difference in getting buy-in and engagement.
