I’ve just finished reading Tim Ferriss’ new book, ‘Tools of Titans’ and the one overarching takeaway was that consistency is king, queen and everything in between. Tim, himself, says, “It’s not what you know, it’s what you do consistently”.
Groupthink can be dangerous. It can lead to bad decisions. It can see organisational change go down the wrong path. It can see an organisation self-destruct. It can see board members make headlines for all the wrong reasons.
A lack of confidence can lead to poor performance, both for an individual and their team. This post looks at the three factors of confidence and how to build on them.
