Coaching

Hayley has been a qualified coach since 2003, and has coached more than 500 people since then. Many of her coaching clients come to her via word-of-mouth, or are repeat clients, particularly if they’ve moved into a new leadership role.

“I coach because I believe that the root of happy workplaces is good management and leadership and I want managers and leaders to be and do better.

My practice is guided by the values of respect, curiosity, and compassion. I walk alongside as an accountability partner with my clients, providing a balance of support and challenge and a space to breathe and think.

In my experience, deep down, clients know what to do or how to be but hold back, normally due to a lack of confidence or because of fear. By getting clear on existing strengths, I help clients use these as the foundation from which to experiment and make small changes in being and doing.

My aim as a coach is to help my clients achieve greater self-awareness, clear thinking, insight and courage so they trust in themselves, are more intentional, and own their choices.”
